Meghan is a Whippet Cross and is approximately 8 months old. She is slightly taller and heavier than a Whippet. She walks well on the lead and loves sniffing about. She is very friendly and active and seems fine with other dogs. We think Meghan would do well in obedience classes as she enjoys reward based training. She already knows some commands. We also think that she would do well at agility as she is such an active girl.
Meghan can jump very high, so would need a home with a secure garden that has very tall fences. She can become quite anxious when there is no-one around, so the ideal owner would be a person who is willing to help her feel less stressful – advice would be given on this.
